Meetings and Events

Meetings

The first meeting was held at the Liverpool Town Hall on Moore Street in 1959 and was presided over by the then Mayor Ron Dunbier who was also a member.

Our monthly meetings are usually held on the 2nd Saturday of every month from February to November. Standard Meetings with a guest speaker are held  commencing 1.30 pm. Insider tour meetings are held at various historic places around Liverpool. Keep up to date on our Facebook page for insider tour details.

We also have our legendary Annual Ward and Olive Havard Memorial Lecture every August which features a special guest speaker.

We meet every Monday at ‘Eber’s Bunker’ located underneath Liverpool Library to undertake the various tasks to maintain our vast collection from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.
